Your First Visit
When you call our office, you’ll get to speak to one of our friendly front desk staff. We’ll ask you about your dental needs, book your visit accordingly, and collect any pertinent information over the phone. Our team will text you our new patient forms to fill out and have you confirm your visit and any copayment amounts you can expect to pay. When you arrive, we’ll give you a warm welcome, and you’ll be guided to one of our treatment areas for your service, checkup, and/or cleaning. Before you leave, our team will schedule your next visit.
Patient Forms
After you schedule your appointment, our team will text you a link that will allow you to complete our digital new patient forms. If you don’t receive a link or you need assistance filling them out, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Our practice is proud to be in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, Altus, Cigna, Delta Dental, and Connection Dental. We also accept all major PPO plans and are happy to file claims with your insurance to help maximize your benefits if you’re not a member of the plans listed above. We’re always happy to answer your questions, and we know dental insurance can be frustrating and tricky to navigate, which is why we’re always happy to help!

Are you uninsured? Take advantage of our in-house membership plan to save throughout the year on your dental care. For a flat annual fee, you’ll receive access to an array of preventive services that are 100 percent covered, as well as a 15 percent discount on restorative treatments.
